Presentation Details
In this webinar, Gloriana Teh, PMP, MBA, introduces Paradoxical Leadership, a mindset and skillset that equips project managers to embrace and balance competing demands. Drawing from behavioral science and decades of industry experience, Gloriana will show how mastering paradoxes like optimism vs. skepticism and flexibility vs. control can:
- Spark greater innovation and collaboration across teams
- Reduce interpersonal and cross-functional conflict
- Help you tailor and harmonize Agile and Waterfall approaches
Participants will leave with actionable insights and practical tools to shift from either/or thinking to both/and leadership—making you not just a better project manager, but a more effective change agent in your organization.
In today’s complex project environments, leaders are constantly pulled in opposing directions, agile yet structured, empower teams while maintaining accountability, drive innovation and ensure predictability. These tensions aren’t problems to solve—they’re paradoxes to lead.Presenter Biography
