"Adopting a Project Management Growth Mindset" presented by Bryan Williams, United Parcel Service

Project Management is rapidly emerging as one of the fastest-growing professions over the next 2–3 years, according to a recent Gartner Global Survey. But as our world becomes increasingly complex and fast-paced, how can we effectively navigate the challenges ahead?

Let’s explore how Power Skills—the human-centric capabilities that drive collaboration, adaptability, and leadership—are becoming essential in this new era of project management.

Keynote Biography

Williams-BryanBryan Williams began his career in Program and Project Management in 2006 and has since led a wide range of organizational and strategic initiatives across the finance, commercial sales, and telecommunications sectors. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Strayer University and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

From 2021 to 2024, Bryan played a key leadership role in managing Project and Relationship Management for the $800 million divestiture of UPS Freight. Currently, he oversees portfolio and program prioritization for UPS’s Global Strategy Group, aligning strategic initiatives with enterprise-wide goals.

Outside of his corporate work, Bryan is deeply committed to service and community engagement. He currently serves as Board Chair for The StrongHouse Ministries, an Atlanta-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans and fostering meaningful family engagement. Over the past twelve years, he has also served on the boards of two additional nonprofit organizations and has been a mentor and counselor with American Corporate Partners for the past four years.
