She will reveal a few challenges that you as leaders face when working towards achieving mission-based goals and objectives. Dr. DJ will provide tactics to help you become more effective in your business and increase your knowledge on how to become more time efficient.

Dr. Johnson-Blake is an educator and the CEO of The Writing Pad, LLC, writing, editing and consultant firm. The Writing Pad’s mission is to offer the highest level of writing and editing services remotely and globally, focusing on customized writing, document review/development, and consulting services with the utmost professionalism and trustworthiness to achieve maximum results while making writing simple. She is an expert in successfully editing doctoral dissertations, professional and academic documents. Dr. Johnson-Blake is the Chair of the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Business Council (WIBC) Mentoring Program, a member of the WIBC Executive Committee, and a graduate of Leadership Clayton Class of 2011-2012. She is an alumni and Lead Coach of the Woman University program sponsored by Marvelous Light Empowerment Association and the South Fulton Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Johnson-Blake is also a member of the Douglas County Chamber of Commerce and its Small Business Committee and the BIG Success Leads Group. She serves as a board member of the Georgia Adult Education Association, a member of the American Business Women’s Association-Douglas County Charter Chapter, Sisters United, Partners in Education – Douglas County School System, and is the Vice President, Lithia Springs High School PTSA. Dr. Johnson-Blake is the author of Managing Time on Purpose, a practical guide to help people become more time management efficient. She is a contributing author to the We Are Clayton Magazine and South Fulton Lifestyle Magazine. Dr. Johnson-Blake is an award-winning assistant professor and subject matter expert on leadership and management. Dr. Johnson-Blake enjoys teaching and helping her students succeed. Dr. Johnson-Blake earned her Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. She graduated with honors from Troy State University with a Masters of Public Administration and received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from Old Dominion University. She resides in the Atlanta metropolitan area with her husband and son.
