Ensuring teams have these skills allows them to maintain influence with a variety of stakeholders - a critical component for making change.

What is the best way to show off this talent as a Project Manager?  It is leading and organizing a productive meeting.  In this training you will learn different types of meetings you can put together to get maximum output from project team members.  Learn the methods to put together a clear and concise presentation that can satisfy all key stakeholders.
