Biography
Brittany is a Program Manager and certified project leader (PMP, CSM, CSPO) with 9+ years of experience guiding cross-functional teams through high-visibility, deadline-driven work. She specializes in bringing clarity to creative chaos—building practical execution systems that help teams deliver without watering down the vision.
Brittany’s approach is entertainment-friendly: keep the energy, protect the art, and still hit the date. She’s known for aligning stakeholders early, simplifying timelines, and creating a rhythm of communication that keeps collaborators connected—especially when last-minute changes happen (because they always do).
Currently working in cybersecurity, Brittany applies the same discipline required in high-stakes environments to creative delivery: strong planning, clean handoffs, and confident decision-making under pressure. Her work and speaking focus on translating traditional project management into language that resonates with creatives—so producers, coordinators, and leaders can deliver experiences, campaigns, and moments that land.
