Presentation

"The Darker Value of Corporate Data:  PMO considerations to help protect sensitive assets in data-driven organizations" by Mike Czerniawski, Director at DataCraft Partners, LLCMike

This presentation is designed to address information security risk as part of organizational program management, and to raise program and project manager awareness of common data security concerns in today’s data-driven companies.

It will examine methods and techniques used to steal data and information and discuss the issues and implications of such acts.  We will share some real-life examples of cyberattacks and data leaks, and provide a clear understanding of risks, current defenses and best-practice approaches.

This presentation concludes with suggestions for the PMO to consider in addressing data security issues common to organizations of any size.
