Many of the community organizations you are involved in and certainly national non-profits need a vision for where they are going with practical steps to get there. Come learn how to guide a non-profit through developing a strategic roadmap and what makes the process unique for them. Utilize this skill as a really unique and engaging way to give back!

Biography

Jeff Hancock is a Client Success Director with Jabian Consulting. He brings almost 25 years of program and project management experience including over 19 with Accenture. Jeff graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with honors and studied international trade at Oxford University. He is a German Marshall Memorial Fellow, Outstanding Atlanta award recipient, President of the UGA Atlanta Alumni Association, Assistant Scoutmaster, and works with a range of community organizations.
