Presentation

Implementing project management governance across your team is a noble idea! What better way is there to ensure best practices for developing project plans, setting baselines, managing intake and capacity, and staying prepared for portfolio and budget audits? But there is a dark side; with the best intentions of improving your delivery and governance model, you could be alienating your entire team and be working against the grain for success. Don’t end up out on a limb trying to build more project management rigor in your organization that no one wants! We’ll share tactics, options and real-world examples of ways to meet your team’s needs and incrementally build a robust governance model to make project management the star of your organization.
