The Governance Forum provides value to the PMI Atlanta community by offering participants: Discussion of field-tested best practices, Decisions frameworks to assess culture and apply optimal strategy, Key takeaways to “take to work tomorrow” to maximize realization of value through introduction and standardization of best practices in the oversight and execution of projects, programs, and portfolios.
Discuss and plan this year’s topics of interest for the PMI Atlanta’s Governance industry forum using the Lean Coffee format to brainstorm ideas. We’ll start the interactive session by sharing potential topics, vote to determine those with the highest interest to attendees, discuss them, and create a backlog of what we want to learn and develop on as members of the Governance Special Interest forum this year.
