Kayla Burrell is a dynamic project management leader with a proven track record of driving complex data governance and technology initiatives across government, healthcare, nonprofit, and commercial sectors. With a career rooted in strategic execution and cross-functional collaboration, she has led enterprise-wide programs that streamline operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Kayla currently serves in a leadership role with Cushman & Wakefield, where she oversees portfolio-wide technology initiatives focused on improving data integrity, space optimization, and digital transformation. As a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP), she brings strong governance frameworks and project discipline to every engagement. Her work consistently bridges technical and operational teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kayla is deeply committed to community service as she actively serves her community through her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and within her local church ministry as she leads initiatives, integrating faith-based leadership with community impact. Her most important role is that of a wife to Donald, and mother to teenage twins, Kiyah and Davon.
