Biography

Paul Varnedoe is currently a Management Consultant at North Highland and is responsible for program management, process optimization, change management, and enterprise agile transformation.

In his previous role, Paul served as Principal at Macy's Technology responsible for agile transformation and delivery execution. Prior to Macy's, Paul was Vice President, Technology at Equifax where he managed multiple development teams focused on digital marketing and mobile solutions. Paul has also served in multiple IT and Product leadership positions in the airline, auto, telco, and e-commerce industries. Also, he spent seven years at the International Olympic Committee working with six organizing committees on four continents.

Paul earned a bachelor's degree in business from Georgia Tech. He is Certified Scrum Product Owner and SAFe Agilist and also served on the board of the TAG Product Management society. He volunteers his time to Habitat for Humanity and serves as an alumni mentor to Georgia Tech students. Paul and his wife Julia have three children and currently reside in Marietta, GA. Paul's hobbies include photography, sports, and travel.
