Presentation

When it comes to Strategic Business Management, Leadership is the problem and Leadership is the solution.

For many Project Managers, the daily reality is that you are constantly putting out fires, juggling multiple projects , and striving to satisfy deadlines that seem almost impossible to meet. In addition to these demands, you are asked to accomplish these goals with strict budgets, lack of resources, and limited staff.

In the Leadership Over Management For Today's Project Management Solutions we will discuss the following:

  • How the 2 millimeter difference can propel any project/business/organization forward.
  • Remaining flexible in order to adapt, adjust and pivot to the demands of a fast paced work environment.
  • How mastering our personal Mental, Physical and Psychological Health can be the key to effective leadership and/or contribution.
  • Learn the Fit2DMax baton method of communication to increase your level of influence.
  • If "people" are our most valuable resources, how can we maximize their effectiveness?
