Customer success is like the mandala, the circle of life! A continuous journey. There are a lot of players in this journey from the end users, makers, regulators, sellers, providers, listeners, problem-solvers, forward-thinkers and givers. All players are connected by a common thread called a relationship based on collaboration, trust and transparency. Who runs this thread across all the players? I would like to share my experience managing customer readiness project management in Healthcare Technology solutions Upgrades and Implementations projects.  A well planned and thoughtful readiness checklist, close and continuous collaboration, listening and circling back to the tribe can make this a happy journey – Customer Success!

Rupa Pradhan is an experienced management professional with extensive experience in Information Technology for leading clients in multiple industries. Over the last 9 years, Rupa has successfully delivered customer project management services to customers nationwide. These projects were comprised of multiple enterprise releases in healthcare technology solution upgrades and implementations. Rupa, worked as an IT Solutions Consultant for 12+years, delivering client services to Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries in USA and Canada. Rupa is deeply passionate about the customer success journey which has evolved over time and is more demanding now than ever before.
