The PMI Atlanta Healthcare Forum has 9 planned sessions throughout 2019. Proposed topics include IT & IT PMO in Healthcare, Healthcare SME/Domain Forums such as Clinical, Laboratory, Research, Tomorrow's Healthcare & Government practices/law, Thought Leadership in Healthcare, and Innovation in Healthcare Technology.

Presentation 

Making your way to ‘Rockstar Status’ is as much about making other people shine, as it is about you achieving your own goals. It is not necessarily about being in the spotlight at all times, but sharing the spotlight, identifying and acknowledging others stakeholders along the journey.

 

Biography

Erica has over eighteen years managing customer experience, data analytics and business operations. Notable achievements include receiving multiple certifications through Purdue University as a leader over Centers of Excellence. She has received Commendations from the Governor of the State of Georgia and from the Mayor of the City of Atlanta. She holds a MBA in addition to Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

 

 

 

Carrie started with Philips in 1997 as a Customer Support Team Lead. Over the course of her career, she has held positions of escalating responsibility. She is a certified Project Management Professional and also holds Medallia Operational CEM, Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications. She received a B.S. in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
