Healthcare (Virtual) Forum - 201021

"Health Systems Challenges: Complexities of addressing the development of healthcare solution-driven technology"
presented by Bahaa Eddine Sarroukh, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Kenya, Sr. Advisor, Innovation & Technology

The PMI Atlanta Healthcare Forum has 9 planned sessions throughout 2020. Proposed topics include IT & IT PMO in Healthcare, Healthcare SME/Domain Forums such as Clinical, Laboratory, Research, Tomorrow's Healthcare & Government practices/law, Thought Leadership in Healthcare, and Innovation in Healthcare Technology.

The challenges of access to healthcare for those living in remote areas requires system thinking - a comprehensive solution that goes across multiple sectors to solve different challenges for one specific problem.

In this forum, Eddine will discuss the complexity for project managers to address projects in health systems for access to quality healthcare for all. The Community Life Center (CLC) solution is an integrated approach to primary healthcare aimed at improving access and quality of care through applying a replicable modular solution.

This solution describes the systems thinking approach to health systems strengthening in undeserved markets and includes:
1. Consulting services
2. Infrastructure solutions
3. Community care strategy
4. Capacity strengthening
5. Digital health solutions
6. Project Management
7. Aftercare services
