Maintaining sanity and skyrocketing productivity in an organization that suddenly had to pivot to a remote work paradigm is not always a simple task. When you have a workforce that is distracted, virtual conference fatigued, and facing wellness issues, reliance on processes alone is not as effective.

In this presentation, Dr. Levine will share insights on how you can realize the benefits of working from home while minimizing the risks.

Dr. Levine will discuss:

• Empowering the remote workforce

• Aligning the workforce with organizational behavior and purpose 

• Training and supporting in areas such as Communication, Collaboration, Culture and Community building

With a holistic approach to organizational productivity, Dr. Levine will provide valuable insights on how to grow a collaborative and healthy company culture.

Biography

Jeff Levine Ph.D. is an accomplished senior executive, advisor and thought leader, with more than 11 years of success across the education, professional training & development, and eLearning industries. His broad areas of expertise include executive coaching, social media marketing, engineering, and sales. Jeff currently holds a leadership position as Chief Strategist at Dr. Work from Home, where he is one of the world's foremost work from home strategists.

Jeff obtained his Ph.D. from Ashford University, where his doctorate work involved how to make remote work strategies work for all stakeholders. He also holds a Master of Arts in Business Psychology from the University of the Rockies, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Software Engineering and Organizational Management from Ashford University. Jeff has a California Emergency Teaching Certification and is a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional.
