The reasons why transformation programs fail have been well documented.
In this presentation, Hub Dohmen and Rolf Holtjer will discuss how to lead successful transformation with a focus on the human component. The discussion will include:

• How do you define your milestones in a project?
• How do you make your company and people fit for purpose?
• How do you enable your company and your team to make your customers happy?

Hub Dohmen

Hub Dohmen, Business Advisor for ServiceMax (Netherlands), is an accomplished business advisor to healthcare and non-healthcare organizations on how to drive change. Hub has a strong consultive and business development background working with global companies such as Cornerstone OnDemand and Assima.

  

Rob Holtjer

Rolf Holtjer is Global Head of Leadership Development for Rockwool Group. Rolf advises organizations and companies on leadership development driving change towards successful output (individual and company wise).
