Jennifer Roe, Director of Continuous Improvement, is a prominent servant leader with experience in cross-functional leadership, employee development, lean process improvement, data analytics, regulatory compliance, workforce management and project management.

Her education and experience in business administration, management and operations are evidenced by a proven track record of performance.
