April will take real-life examples from her own experiences to illustrate the behaviors that may be holding us back. Join us as we uncover how to improve our effectiveness as leaders and project managers in a very practical way.

Biography   

April Coy is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 15 years of experience. April’s blend of technical knowledge and a strategic mindset has enabled her teams to deliver positive outcomes across Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and IT. She applies practical problem solving techniques to accurately assess root causes, prioritize solutions and champion teams towards a common goal. With experience at Philips, the Coca-Cola Company, and HD Supply (Home Depot), April is passionate about enabling her teams to do their best thinking and pushing them to achieve what they didn’t think possible.
