Biography    

Anshu Siwach is a Change Management Leader on the North America Business Excellence Team at Philips. She is focused on clearly translating the vision and benefits of the North America Region’s Transformation journey to help people achieve results and maintain their performance and motivation throughout the change.

Anshu is a seasoned Change Management professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in program, process and change management. She is adept at developing business strategies, case for change, change management plans, stakeholder assessment plans, guidance on new ways of working, and strategic role guidance for global leaders. She likes to lead with empathy and believes that a lot of problems become simpler when you practice empathy.
