Biography 
Sujan brings over two decades of consulting and project management experience in healthcare provider and payer services, financial services, technology, academics, manufacturing, and market research industries. As a professional with significant expertise in project, program, and portfolio management, Sujan has successfully managed hundreds of change initiatives and contributed to the revenue growth of organizations. Most recently he managed a portfolio of projects for a global manufacturing client that created a new revenue stream worth $5 million annually. He has led various training and education programs, Lean Six Sigma black, green, and yellow belt programs for corporate users, and worked with thousands of stakeholders. His expertise includes change management, workforce development, process improvement, data analytics, clinical workflow design, dashboard, and KPI planning; vendor management, client onboarding, and capital investment planning.
