Holly Bail, VP of Human Resources at Corellium Inc. 

Holly Bail, SHRM-SCP, is an award-winning people leader known for her ability to apply people-centric approaches to building high-impact organizations. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Holly has guided companies through growth phases, from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, with grit, grace, and infectious enthusiasm. She excels in creating impactful, multinational employee experiences, driving workplace performance, and enhancing engagement, all while managing an organization's most critical asset—its people.

Holly's servant leadership inspires action by fostering trust, ethics, and purpose. She volunteers with SHRM-Atlanta, a Women’s Group Leader at Gwinnett Church, and currently serves on the Battle Sports Academy Foundation Board, a premier organization dedicated to empowering young athletes through mentorship, financial fitness, brand awareness, mental fitness, and community outreach programs for 6th – 11th grade athlete. 

Jackie Flake, Founder and Head of Product at Option 1 Partners 

Jackie Flake leads a boutique staffing and consultancy on a mission to help clients build world-class products. The human experience is at the heart of their work – whether it’s building great software products, maturing product teams, or finding extremely talented people. Her achievements include earning a prestigious Facebook Innovation Award, being honored as one of Atlanta's 40 under 40. In 2023, she was also recognized as a nominee for Atlanta's Women of Influence, highlighting significant contributions to the Product community. Jackie is one of 50 global product coaches selected to participate in Marty Cagan’s Coach the Coaches initiative. She supported clients through intentional product maturity efforts and transformational work including Cox Communications, The Home Depot, Norfolk Southern, WPP, Oracle, SugarCRM, and Astound Commerce, multiple startups and midmarket organizations. 

Spencer Shick, Managing Director of Sales - IT at Kforce Inc. 

Spencer Shick has 15 years’ experience in the staffing and consulting solutions industry supporting clients and candidates in Technology, Project Management and Accounting/Finance fields. He joined Kforce in 2010 and grew to build a strong practice in Tampa, FL – then moved to Atlanta in 2018 to help with Kforce’s continued growth as a Managing Director of their IT Practice. Kforce is a top 5 National Staffing and Solutions firm with over 60 years of experience in the industry. They specialize in contract, permanent and project staffing as well as Technology Project Solutions in the areas of Application Engineering, Data/AI, Cloud and Digital. 

Justin Thomason, VP of Technology Solutions at Robert Half / Protiviti 

Justin Thomason has 11+ years’ experience at Robert Half in the staffing and project solutions industry supporting clients across the Marketing and Technology fields. Justin's career has evolved from only working in the software and PMO spaces to now managing both of Robert Half's Atlanta offices across AI/Data, Enterprise Applications, Network, and Security. Robert Half, founded in 1948, with over 350 global locations acquired Arthur Anderson in 2002 to form Protiviti, their consulting practice. Through Robert Half and Protiviti, Justin has placed over 2,000 individuals in client positions on contract, managed solutions, and consulting engagements across Atlanta.
