Presentation Details

Artificial intelligence is no longer a future concept in healthcare—it is actively influencing clinical systems, operations, analytics, and patient experience initiatives. For healthcare project managers, this rapid shift raises critical questions:

  • What do I need to understand about AI?
  • How does AI change my role?
  • How do I lead teams through this transformation responsibly?

This session is designed specifically for healthcare project managers who want a practical, non-technical understanding of AI and its impact on healthcare projects. Participants will explore AI fundamentals, current and emerging healthcare AI trends, and how AI is being integrated into project planning, execution, and decision-making.

A strong emphasis will be placed on change management—recognizing that AI adoption is as much about people, trust, and workflows as it is about technology. Attendees will leave with practical insights they can immediately apply to healthcare projects.

Takaways

  • A practical understanding of AI basics
  • Current AI trends impacting healthcare projects
  • How PMs can position themselves in an AI-enabled project environment
  • The critical role of change management in AI adoption
