Natalya H. Bah is a leadership consultant, project management educator, and founder of The Growth Group Academy, LLC, where she helps leaders and project professionals reach their full potential by strengthening how they lead, adapt, and deliver results in complex environments. Her work is grounded in a strong foundation of project management, a deep understanding of change management, and a forward-looking focus on preparing leaders for an AI-enabled future. She is known for translating complex concepts into practical, actionable guidance that leaders can immediately apply to real-world challenges. She holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management from George Washington University’s School of Business and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
