The collapse of the I-85 bridge near Piedmont Road last spring effected thousands of drivers daily. It also threatened businesses in the area with revenue losses due to rerouted traffic, and it strained auxiliary roadways. City officials projected a year before normalcy could be restored, that is, until a remarkable team pulled it off in record time. Join Adam Grist of C.W. Matthews Construction as he reviews what it took to pull “The Miracle Project” off.
- Mastering the timeline
- The project management process
- Successes and and failures
- The importance of cooperation amongst all stakeholders
Grist will also discuss labor trends in construction project management. This will truly be one networking sessions not to miss. See you there!
