PMI Atlanta Chapter - Virtual Networking Event: PMI Makes Social Impact a Reality

Virtual Networking Event: PMI Makes Social Impact a Reality

Wednesday, October 13, 2021
6:00pm - 7:30pm

PMI recognizes that Social Impact is all about change and enables changemakers not just for business, but for the broader good. Your organization’s social conscience is reflected by 30+ years of social impact through the PMI Educational Foundation and academic engagement.

Now, as a new member of the United Nations Global Compact program, PMI is aligning with the U.N.’s Sustainable Development Goals, which combat poverty, hunger, inequalities and other societal ills.

This month’s networking presentation discusses the important role project managers have in making social impact a reality. Laura Davidson, a past PMI officer, board member and change advocate, will lead the discussion. It promises to help you become more effective in bringing positive change.

As leaders, you are uniquely positioned to make a difference in the world. Do you volunteer to help others? Would you like to get more involved in worthy causes?  Your important work can contribute to PMI’s commitment to achieve 250,000 volunteer hours annually by 2025.

Sign up for the networking session and learn how to influence meaningful change beyond your typical project management duties. Re-imagine the future of work – and the role you play in it. Register today!
