Nincy Ayala is currently a Lead Facilitator for the Global Leadership College in UPS and training coordinator for Latin America. She poses a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and over 20+ years of experience in customer service, sales, logistic and international business. Oriented to activities that promote the development of the community, Nincy is an active UPS volunteer through organizations such as Tutormate and others.
Philip Geary has been in the transportation industry for 40+ years holding many different positions. He is a Lead Facilitator at the UPS Global Leadership College, where he trains corporate employees on a vast variety of skills. In his transportation career, Phillip has worked in local sort operations (NY), hub operations (OH) & gateway operations (CA). He is also experienced in Customs Brokerage and International Sales. He has been with UPS 16 years, where has worked in district sales training as wel as logistics and distribution. Married 38 years, Phil has three children and a grandson.
