This presentation will introduce the implementation of End-to-end procurement. A cycle of steps that fills in the pieces that have not been tackled having more of a complete picture of purchasing activities. This methodology is a workflow driven; each step flows into the next plugging in the gaps of the framework. The process increases efficiency and organizational effectiveness. When these advantages are combined, the differences are erased giving a full detailed look at everything that is happening increasing efficiency and accuracy.
