Technology Forum - 180123

"Best Practices for Project Negotiations"
presented by Reo Oravec, Adjunct Professor for the Global Executive Academy of the Internazionale Instituto di Decisioni Scienze

PMI Atlanta Technology Forum provides an environment for Project Managers to adopt and benefit from the latest technology in their professional life and career. The forum also plans to bring speakers to discuss & share the best practices in technology.

Presentation

In our current challenging IT environment with strained resources, rapid delivery schedules and dynamic team structures, negotiation is required in nearly every step of a project. This includes product launch, scrums and milestone setting.

Personal and group negotiations are called for and the best practices for both are covered in this mini- workshop session. Material from the new version of the Negotiation Body of Knowledge “NBOK” will be covered and put into practice. We will review expanding individual negotiation skills and techniques, along with an interactive project team centric scenario created with the assistance of the AQAA board.

Advance your negotiation ability to a whole new level with workbooks, tips and techniques sheets, and outlines from the “NBOK” as you participate in negotiation sessions tailored to software quality projects.
