PMI Atlanta Technology Forum provides an environment for Project Managers to adopt and benefit from the latest technology in their professional life and career. The forum also plans to bring speakers to discuss & share the best practices in technology.

Presentation

This presentation we will cover the six key elements of conversational AI in all aspects of Omni channel customer engagements (CX)

We will discuss how human-emulated conversations improve user engagement and solve business challenges. We will touch on differences between natural language understanding and natural language learning. The presentation will cover the basics of a modular vs a monolithic platform for conversational AI. Business aspects include defining and measuring value using AI. The presentation will end with perspectives, experiences, case studies and ROI examples.

Biography Burkart-Andreas

Andreas currently manages an international team of seven business development executives at Verint Systems, a global leader in customer engagement solutions in 180+ countries serving over 10,000 organizations. He has over 25 years of experience in business and IT with a broad background in sales, engineering, project management. He has extensive client facing experience and worked in defense, the computer industry and various business services in Germany and the US. His formal education includes a M.S. in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences, Karlsruhe Germany and a Master of International Business from Reutlingen University, Germany. He holds various IT certs, a green belt in Six Sigma and a PMP. Andreas has been a serial volunteer since 2014 with PMI Atlanta and currently serves on the board as a director.
