Implementing an Agile Transformation in a small organization can be very tricky. To be successful requires patience, planning, as well as the ability to adapt well, and iterate. Lessons learned as well as tips will be shared in this session.

Biography 

Tim has 30 plus years of experience with SMB software companies, guiding technology teams with a focus on products, customer operations, security and compliance. He has served in many capacities, from individual contributor to executive management to board member. He has built and managed both onshore and offshore teams and has driven the launch of new SaaS products and services all with a hyper-focus on delighting customers.
