Biography 

Ivan’s expertise is in the arenas of Leadership, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Diversity, Bilingual Skills, Medical Imaging. As a Master Instructor, Ivan’s professional accomplishments earned him multiple awards and honors: in 2017 he was recognized as a “Role Model,” in 2016 he received the prestigious “Top OPS Leadership” award, in 2013 he received the “Role Model” award in the Diagnostic X-Ray (DXR) modality, in 2012 he earned “Philips Recognition” for demonstrating the Philips behaviors “Team up to Excel” and also for the outstanding training delivered to the Chattahoochee Technical College interns, as well as “Exceptional Results and a Valued Player”, and in 2010 the “Customer Service Award” for his exemplary personal and professional customer service and fulfilling the Philips Promise, and other awards.
