Biography
Brad Morris joined the Improving team as an IT Consultant in 2015. His previous career experience spanned several industries, but Brad has always been drawn to the field of technology. In recent years, he sought out opportunities to refine his skills in web development and made the decision to make his career concentration in software development.
Prior to joining Improving, Brad spent 14 years in the Facilities Management department of Kimberly-Clark. During his tenure, he leveraged his technical skills to manage various web sites and databases using SharePoint, HTML, and SQL. In addition, he expanded his skills in leadership, financial forecasting, process improvement, and project management while overseeing various corporate renovation projects. Brad is best known for his strong work ethic, sound business sense, resourcefulness and professionalism. He cultivates great client relationships by pairing his ability to communicate on all levels with his passion for problem solving. Brad is tenacious and always ready to accept any challenge that is presented to him as is evidenced by his earlier career in the U.S. Army, and as a correctional officer.
