Presentation 

Under the COVID-19 pandemic many Project Managers must know how to manage projects completely remote. In this presentation we will discuss how Project Managers are leading the charge to keep their companies successful. We will discuss proven strategies and tactics that will help you manage the change.

• Project Governance (Setting the Rules for Success) 

Biography 

David has over 20 years of experience managing people, projects, and operations across multiple industries in International and Domestic environments. He has founded several companies and is currently the Vice President of Sales for WynCore Consulting. In this position he has leveraged his Project Management background to manage customer engagement and drive new business. 
David’s foundation of leadership was forged during his service in the Marine Corps where he held leadership positions during deployments to Panama, Kosovo, and Iraq. Since that time, he has managed over 100 International projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall and Agile management methodologies across multiple industries. Since his transition to the technology sector in 2013 he has been an International program manager, product manager, and technology consultant.
David is a lifelong learner with an MBA from Georgia Tech, focused in Management of Technology. His professional certifications include PMP, ITIL, Agile-Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
