PMI Atlanta Technology Forum provides an environment for Project Managers to adopt and benefit from the latest technology in their professional life and career. The forum also plans to bring speakers to discuss and share the best practices in technology.

With the appropriate tools, we each have the power to minimize the negative effects of stress and increase personal well-being in the workplace. This workshop will review the impact of burnout in the workplace, as well as effective strategies to beat burnout and continue to be a high performer. It will also cover how today’s leaders can create a team culture that promotes well-being and reduces burnout.

Biography

D’Yonna Riley is an Associate Certified Coach and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She facilitates the development of managers and high-potential leaders in the tech industry. Through coaching, D’Yonna supports employees in minimizing stress, increasing productivity, and developing an authentic, confident leadership style that enables them to contribute maximum value to their organization.
