Develop an understanding, from a project manager’s perspective, the concepts required to manage the development of a product from idea to launch and what is required to make it a success.

This presentation will focus on the concepts and skills required to lead product teams and own a product throughout the lifecycle. These will be ideas and ways of looking at the work that you will be able to apply in many instances of your own work and broaden horizons to cover new aspects. We will examine how to align strategically to the business goals, set accurate pricing, understanding your customer mark

Biography 

Neil has 30 year’s experience leading major projects, PMOs and Product Development. He has worked at UPS, BellSouth, Japan Times, Philips and other companies. He is currently the Director of Product Management and Operations at Honeywell. Neil has an MBA from Georgia Tech.
