We will show the importance of solid project management in these related fields of study. Presentation Details
What’s your backup plan? Do you have a backup plan for the backup plan? What about “Plan D?” Sometimes, it just seems like overkill. You don’t even need a contingency plan. But sometimes, you have to fall back to Plan B…or C…or…you get the idea. In this one-hour workshop, Carl Pritchard takes you through the beauty of the contingency, fallback, and continuity of operations plans. He points out that some plans need to be at a macro level, while other aspects need to crawl down into “the weeds”. He’ll give you pointers on creating the plans, selling them to others and recognizing there are times to scrap the plans entirely, and find something…anything…that works. Due to coronavirus concerns, we will be hosting this event through webinar. Because of this change, member rate is now $8 and non-member rate is $10. |
