Unfortunately, your performance, or how well you are doing the job you were hired for, only accounts for 10% of your career development planning efforts.

Join us for the September AEC forum where Marcia Trajano will explain the key elements of professional success and the unspoken rules for stellar career growth. Ms. Trajano will provide tips on how to effectively manage your personal brand and self-promotion so that you can meet your career development plan goals.

CCT is accepting volunteer applications for consulting engagements starting with a September 18, 2021 Kickoff (time TBD). As a volunteer, you will (as part of a team) help your client diagnose, define, and/or provide solutions in various areas of their organization. The typical volunteer invests 6-8 hours each month for two months. Apply today! The deadline for this fall’s applications is August 28. We hope you can join a team this fall, and please ask your friends to check us out for both fall and spring starts.
