Proper governance and change management are critical to ensure internal customer acceptance and external customer experience is not negatively impacted while delivering targeted business expectations. This presentation will provide the following learning objectives, focusing on deployment and the execution of a scalable, repeatable strategy for delivering productivity to the business:

• Discuss the importance of proper governance of the types of productivity as it relates to delivering financial impact to the business.
• Describe the productivity management and execution process and its key phases.
• Examine tools and techniques to ease the complexity of translating operational improvement to financial delivery.
