"Tailoring PM Skills to Maximize Public Sector Effectiveness" presented by Srinivas Jalla, Assistant County Administrator for Gwinnett County Government

Keynote Presentation

In the public sector, local governments must balance public interest and welfare, risk aversion, and compliance with policy and legislative mandates while delivering vital services, infrastructure, and programs. This presentation will explore a case study highlighting the strategies and insights that laid the foundation for driving successful change within a public sector organization. It will demonstrate how a small team with limited authority is advancing operational excellence across multiple departments of a local government offering valuable lessons for achieving impactful change with constrained resources.
