The PMI Atlanta Chapter invites chapter and non-chapter members who are in career transition or simply seeking to advance to the next level or another company to a special dinner and panel discussion on July 8th.  Typically, we host presentations, but we want to serve our project management community by holding this program of well-qualified professionals who understand today's marketplace.

Topics of discussion will be:

Moderator:  Marie Fratoni
Marie Fratoni, M.Ed. is a dynamic and powerful speaker, coach, and consultant. She brings a wealth of talent, experience and excellence to her programs, demonstrating a high level of commitment and expertise. Ms. Frantoni offers three decades of experience in the Human Resources Consulting field, providing services to companies and organizations internationally.

Panelist:  Cecile Francis, The Royak Group
Cecile is a Lead Professional IT Recruiter at the Royak Group, a Consultancy and IT Professional Services Firm based in Metro Atlanta. She offers a high touch, high tech, hands-on approach to provide the coaching and technical guidance to ensure business savvy, well-prepared consultants/direct placements.

Cecile’s career has been multi-faceted, offering more than 14 years of experience as a consultant and Regional Consulting Practice Manager for IBM/Infomix. She has recruited and deployed teams specializing in information management and enterprise software applications.  She has held responsibility for  service level agreements (SLA), statement of work (SOW) generation, channel partnerships, contract negotiations. 

In her role at The Royak Group she covers a wide range of technologist i.e. Executive positions, program/project management, business intelligence, infrastructure management (solution architects or administrators) in Healthcare, Insurance, Finance, Telecom, Retail etc.  The Royak Client list includes BIG 4 Consulting firms, Aflac, Humana, AIG, RelayHealth, UHS-Pruitt, SunTrust, Bank of America, and Genuine Parts. 

Cecile holds a B SC in Computer Science and Mathematics and is a volunteer with TAG and a member of WIT.
 
 
Panelist:  Tami Squaire, TrueBridge Resources
Tami Squaire, Senior Recruiter joined TrueBridge in 2011. Tami brings more than 18 years of professional experience to TrueBridge Resources including mystery shopping, agency and corporate recruiting and sales. She started her HR career in retail with Rich’s/Lazarus/Goldsmith’s – now Macy’s and was recruited into the world of pharmaceutical and national retail staffing. Upon her introduction to agency staffing she found her niche and began staffing technology and non-technical personnel for national and international companies. Tami has her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shorter College, having begun her education in Electrical Engineering at Howard University.

  
Panelist:  Cyndy Gay, TrueBridge Resources
Cyndy has over 15 years of recruiting experience in the staffing, pharmaceutical and healthcare arenas in both corporate and agency environments.   She has recruited for Administrative, Scientific, IT, Accounting and Healthcare positions.  Cyndy has placed individuals in roles including but not limited to Research Scientist, Director, Project Manager, Analyst, and Programmer.  In the healthcare arena, she has staffed individuals in the Cerner, Epic, Siemens and McKesson practices with her focus on Cerner in the last year and a half.  Cyndy develops and maintains close relationships with her clients and provides the highest level of customer service to all parties involved throughout the placement process.
 
 
Panelist:  Bryan Schreiber, Jabian Consulting
Bryan Schreiber is the Director of Human Resources at Jabian Consulting, an Atlanta based Management Consultancy.  In this role, Bryan has been instrumental in growing Jabian from 20 to over 85 consultants focused on solving complex business problems for companies in a variety of industry verticals. His professional experience includes over 18 years in talent acquisition and HR including leadership positions with Equifax Corporation and the Northside Hospital System in addition to human capital consulting roles at Bellsouth, Manhattan Associates, and other companies.

Bryan holds a BA in Mass Communication from Auburn University and spent his early career in radio broadcasting before making his way into the Human Resources field.

 
Panelist:  Troy Woods, Luna Resource Group 
Mr. Woods is the founder and lead recruiter for Luna Resource Group.  He created Luna Resources based on his vision for a new direction in IT career services that is delivered by someone with industry experience to understand the customer need and identify the right resource to fill that need.  Mr. Woods has dedicated Luna Resource to all of the people who have helped him throughout his career.  Prior to starting Luna, he worked over 17 years as a Project / Program Manager in the Financial Services industry with companies such as SouthTrust, AmSouth, Colonial and Regions.  Troy’s project management focus during his banking career was strategic enterprise information technology and M&A projects.  Mr. Woods also served two years as a project manager in the Healthcare industry implementing document imaging and workflow systems.

Troy is a graduate of the Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business with a Bachelor of Science.  Mr. Woods is a founding member and served three terms as Vice President of Finance for the Central Alabama Chapter of PMI.
 
 
Panelist:  Rachel LeClair, Matrix Resources  
Rachel has been working in the IT Staffing Industry in Atlanta since 2008, with experience serving in both an Account Executive and Technical Recruiter role.  She has been with MATRIX since 2011 as a Recruiter and was named Rookie of the Year for the Atlanta Central Branch in 2012.  She has also been the recipient of numerous MATRIX internal MVP awards for most placements made in a month, and was part of the Summit Club for top performers in 2012.

Rachel’s success comes from an aggressive approach to recruiting while also maintaining strong relationships with her candidates.  Thanks to the 30 years of experience MATRIX has serving the Atlanta market, she is able to present a wider range of opportunities to her candidates at both large and small companies. Rachel graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
