Agile (Virtual) Forum - 211019"Welcome to Disciplined Agile" presented by Alan Zucker, Instructor and ConsultantThe Agile Forum meetings offer an opportunity for professional networking and knowledge sharing with other agile practitioners as well as provide a learning environment for professionals interested in learning about agile techniques. Everyone is welcome to participate. Presentation
Agile is changing the way we manage all projects. Agile projects are more successful and have higher customer satisfaction rates than traditional ones. It can also be used to deliver anything from non-profit programs to large, complicated cyber-physical products. The Project Management Institute acquired the Disciplined Agile (DA) toolkit to provide its members with credible new capabilities and certifications that will make them even more valuable in the marketplace. DA recognizes that every team, project, and organization operate within their own context. Disciplined Agile provides a pragmatic approach. It recognizes that making informed choices is good. The fundamental advice is to start where you are, do the best you can and always strive to get better. In this presentation, Alan Zucker explains the value of agile and the benefits of Disciplined Agile. Through this conversation, participants will understand how DA fits into their context, its practical applications, and how they can become part of this new and exciting movement |
