"Relentless Leading and Winning" by Seth Miller

Take the tenacity of a Marine and merge it with business acumen and logistics management. What you get is a powerful set of leadership skills that are a natural fit for leading projects. That describes Seth Miller in a nutshell. In his presentation, you will learn how veterans transitioning from the military can utilize their military experience to become some of the most successful leaders in private industries. According to the census bureau, Military veterans are comprised of less than seven percent of the population of the United States. Today’s military veterans volunteered to selflessly serve to support and defend the

constitution of the United States. Along with that comes sacrifice and a required perserverance that the average American citizen is not required to endure. Some of the intangible traits that US military veterans inherently receive: courage, poise, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-direction and self-discipline. Along with that comes an unquenchable loyalty to the team, pride of belonging, and sense of duty. Championship teams relentlessly pursue excellence. Make no mistake about it, the United States military is a championship team. Those who take the skills they learned in the military and apply them to business and industry are the ones who go from “good to great.”
