Merwin Peake, Lead Recruiter, North Highland Consulting
Merwin Peake has 15 years of lead recruiting experience and a proven track record of managing the full life cycle in the recruitment process. Specific specialties include hiring Big 4 consultants at manager level and above.  His career has included successful recruiting roles at EDS and Accenture, and he is currently Senior Recruiter at North Highland Consulting, an Atlanta based global management consulting firm.  He was awarded the Presidents Club in 2012 and 2015 as the top sourcing recruiter for the affiliate program at North Highland Consulting. Merwin resides in Midtown and is a graduate of Auburn University.

John Wagner, Technical Recruiter, Synergis
John Wagner is a Technical Recruiter at Synergis, an IT and Creative Recruiting firm based in Alpharetta, GA.  John graduated from Georgia Southern with a Bachelor’s in Business Management(minor in HR) and entered the staffing industry in 2010. Prior to Synergis John headed up HR for a high growth startup and was responsible for building out Data, Development, Sales, and Management teams. John’s focus at Synergis is in the Project Management realm. His passion is identifying talented individuals who can drive mission critical projects to success.

Andy Schneider, Senior Recruiter, Hollstadt
Andy Schneider is a Senior Recruiter for Hollstadt. He has been in recruiting for 4.5 years in a variety of roles. Currently he leads a team of 7 Recruiters and also maintains a full workload as a Recruiter. Andy is passionate about finding the best candidates, and matching each of Hollstadt's consultants with the right role to help them grow.

Eric Klein, Senior Manager - Work Instruction Standards Group (WISG), Delta Air Lines
Eric Klein was originally hired by Delta Air Lines in 1989.  He has held several positions of increasing responsibility from temporary Part Time baggage handler to Manager of International Line Maintenance.   Eric left Delta Air Lines for a short time in 2006 to open an Information technology company, build and operate a full tier 4 data center and run a business jet production company.  Eric returned to Delta in 2012 and is currently working in the Work Instruction Standards Group of Maintenance Programs.  Today Eric is implementing change through improvements in processes and procedures to help Delta become and effective organization, drive value to the customer and reduce internal costs.  Eric has a BA degree from Shorter College in Rome Georgia, a Federal Communication (FCC) certificate, an Airframe and Power plant (A&P) license and Pilots license issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), is a Six Sigma certified Black Belt, a certified ISO9001 auditor and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). 

Lisa Leff, Director of Recruiting, Genuent
Lisa is one of the founding members of Panoramic Solutions, recently re-branded and merged with Genuent, IT Staffing firm based out of Houston, TX. Lisa is a veteran, with 19+ years in the IT Staffing Industry.  She has created strong recruiting teams while supporting and growing the sales organization.  She is currently the Director of Recruiting at Genuent.  Previous companies include Visionaire, Experis (Comsys) and Matrix in the Atlanta market. She has the knack for finding the right solution and candidate, making her a valuable partner to her clients. Her passion for recruiting and creating strong relationships has made her a recognized leader in the staffing world.  Lisa has a BA from Emory University in Atlanta.  

James Miskell, Delivery/Recruiting Manager, DISYS
James Miskell has worked with DISYS since 2013 in various Delivery and Recruiting Management positions, and currently oversees national Delivery for DISYS’ High Tech Vertical.  He has over fifteen years of experience in domestic and international Recruitment and Project Delivery. James has worked with a diverse range of businesses and industries offering strategic insights into the employment markets in those industries. He remains current with key technologies and social media to identify and connect with top talent. James is a graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations.
