He has held several positions of increasing responsibility from temporary Part Time baggage handler to Manager of International Line Maintenance. Eric left Delta Air Lines for a short time in 2006 to open an Information technology company, build and operate a full tier 4 data center and run a business jet production company. Eric returned to Delta in 2012 and is currently working in the Work Instruction Standards Group of Maintenance Programs. Today Eric is implementing change through improvements in processes and procedures to help Delta become and effective organization, drive value to the customer and reduce internal costs. Eric has a BA degree from Shorter College in Rome Georgia, a Federal Communication (FCC) certificate, an Airframe and Power plant (A&P) license and Pilots license issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), is a Six Sigma certified Black Belt, a certified ISO9001 auditor and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Lisa Leff, Director of Recruiting, GenuentLisa is one of the founding members of Panoramic Solutions, recently re-branded and merged with Genuent, IT Staffing firm based out of Houston, TX. Lisa is a veteran, with 19+ years in the IT Staffing Industry. She has created strong recruiting teams while supporting and growing the sales organization. She is currently the Director of Recruiting at Genuent. Previous companies include Visionaire, Experis (Comsys) and Matrix in the Atlanta market. She has the knack for finding the right solution and candidate, making her a valuable partner to her clients.
