The Voyager project, which aimed to replace the legacy components of its Passenger Management System, was initiated in 2007. After encountering multiple challenges, the team reorganized the program to handle the challenges, take advantage of opportunities and lessons learned, and deliver via an Agile model. The teams were located globally in five locations and included third-party suppliers based in nine locations. Still, the project team brought the project to a successful closure whose acceptance was recognized and hailed by the CEO as a major accomplishment in which the company came together to create success
