TTT (The Technology Team) will oversee the technology and tools utilized within PMI Atlanta and also manage the Vendors and their performance who provide the service to PMI Atlanta to benefit the Leadership and Members at large. TTT also ensures that Website, Email, Share Point and other tools that help our Internal and External partners to continue serving our Members at large with 99% uptime on the infrastructure. TTT also is responsible for managing the issues/ challenges raised from the partners and provide the right solution timely. Added to it, our TTT members will work with each of the verticals within Leadership to provide the help and support as needed as part of our Business Continuity.
Enrich the Experience of our PMI Atlanta Leadership & members at large by making sure The Technology works as expected and enhance the performance and enable new capability, software, tools as needed.
Maintain the Website and its tools & technology to make it effective and easy to use for all the Leadership & Members at large with minimal to nil downtime. Provide the Visibility and Communication as needed for any upgrade and/or any migration.
